hi, i'm anni!

As a life and career coach for HSPs, my mission is to help highly sensitive people align their lifestyles with their personality. Why? So that you can feel well and enjoy life! Can you imagine waking up every morning to share your gifts with the world and do work that you are actually excited about? I would love to team up with you to make it happen!

In addition to my formal training as a Certified Highly Sensitive Person Coach®, a Certified Whole Person Coach®, and a Certified Administrator of the MBTI® and the Strong Interest Inventory®, what I really draw from is my personal experience as a highly sensitive person who went through a pretty drastic career change myself in my late thirties and my years of experience writing about and coaching highly sensitive people who have struggled in their careers and sought change. I'm intimately familiar with the problems and obstacles highly sensitive people often face. But I also know that highly sensitive people have SO much to offer and I love nothing more than seeing highly sensitive people find a meaningful career path and a way to offer their gifts to the world without sacrificing their personal wellbeing and other values in the process.

How It Works

Career Discovery Coaching via Email is just like “regular” career coaching except the entire coaching process is conducted in writing. We have the same kind of conversation that a coach and client would have in live sessions but via email. In roughly 12 to 15 rounds of emails and homework assignments, we will go through the following career discovery process.

I will send you an initial assessment that will help us both get clarity around your career background, current life situation, and goals for the coaching process.

I will send you a series of assignments that will help you articulate and prioritize your career needs and wants. We will explore your talents, passions, ideal work environment, purpose, desired income level, and skill development. All assignments will be accompanied with a video explanation. We will agree on a schedule for turning in the assignments with any additional reflections. When you turn in the assignments, I will respond with my reflections and any feedback.

We will brainstorm options that fit as many of your needs and wants as possible.

We will evaluate the options and you will make a decision on a career path you want to pursue.

We will outline the first few action steps for you to take to get started on your chosen career path.

How to get started

Send me a message using the form at the bottom of this page to let me know that you are interested in career discovery coaching via email and to find out the next available start date.

After we agree on a start date, I will email you a Coaching Agreement to sign and a link that you can use to make payment.

On our agreed upon start date, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out and we will begin the coaching process.

Most people complete the process in about three months with roughly one round of emails per week, but you can take up to six months in case you need to pause or slow down the process.
