How It Works

Email Coaching is just like “regular” life coaching except the entire coaching process is conducted in writing.  The process starts with some assessments to clarify goals and then we work together to help you reach your goals.  We have the same kind of conversation that a coach and client would have in live sessions but via email.


Send me a message using the form at the bottom of this page to let me know which Email Coaching Plan you are interested in and to find out the next available starting date. 


After we agree on a starting date, I will email you a Coaching Agreement to sign, a link that you can use to make payment, and a questionnaire to fill out. 


Once you have submitted the questionnaire, I will email you to start the coaching process.


You can email me at the frequency specified in your Email Coaching Plan and I will respond within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday.

My mission is to help stressed out highly sensitive people create lives that they ACTUALLY like!  

I'm a highly sensitive introvert myself and I know what it's like.  I know what it’s like to constantly feel overwhelmed and on edge.  I know how hard it is to make the changes needed to feel better.  And I know how hard it is even just to figure out where to start. 

But I also know that it's very much possible to turn it all around.  I did it myself, and as a certified professional life coach, I'd love to serve as your guide as you identify and implement the right stress reduction tools for you!


I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, but here’s a sort of framework I like to use to create customized coaching programs for my email coaching clients.


Together we will evaluate your current life situation to identify areas needing the most attention and to identify the biggest sources of stress.


Based on our findings in step 1, we will select tools that might be most helpful in bringing more calm and contentment to your life.


Often it isn’t just one thing.  So we’ll think about what will potentially make the biggest difference right now, prioritize goals, and select a starting point.


Next comes implementation.  You will work on implementing whatever strategies we have agreed upon and report back to me how things are going.  Based on your results, we will troubleshoot, figure out how to overcome obstacles, and address any doubts, thoughts, or beliefs that might be holding you back.


And then we just keep at it!  You will receive accountability and support to keep going until you notice the changes you are looking for.

Having a low-pressure, but interactive writing outlet to process thoughts with someone other than myself, was really unique and valuable to me. Like a magic journal that also gets you and writes back.
